GOV. POGI INDUCTS NEW P’SINAN LIGA PRESIDENT. Governor Amado “Pogi” I. Espino, III swears in his successor – Sta. Barbara Association of
Barangay Chairmen president Jeane Jinky C. Zaplan, her being the Pangasinan Liga ng mga
Barangay vice-president – as the new league president at an oath-taking ceremony last July
4 at the Office of the Governor, Provincial Capitol building in Lingayen. Witnessing the rites
are Jinky Zaplan’s husband, Sta. Barbara Mayor Carlito Zaplan (front row, 2nd from right)
and some family members and village chiefs. Mrs. Zaplan will also serve as an ex-officio
member of the 9thSangguniang Panlungsod until the Barangay polls in October this year.
