Peace & Order and Progress will continue – Bogs

SAN CARLOS CITY – The mayoralty candidate here will see that under his administration progress and peace and order will continue to thrive.
San Carlos City, Pangasinan mayoralty aspirant and incumbent Vice Mayor Joseres
"Bogs" Resuello treats school children in one of the 86 villages' city with a
story-telling.
“Pero hinde namin nasasabi na magkapatid na ito andoon na kami sa pinakamagandang part ng aming plano. Pero nasa kalagitnaan kami where na kailangan natin mag patuloy ng kung ano naman ang sinisimulan ng pamilya Resuelo. Ayaw na natin bumalik sa panahon na ang tao ay takot na takot,” he stressed.
Vice Mayor Joseres “Bogs” Resuello swapped political positions for the May 9 election with older brother Mayor Julier “Ayoy” Resuello who runs for the vice mayoralty.

Joseres said that investors are bullish to put shop here because of the peace and order and the burgeoning business activities this city’s experiences.
“So far so good, ang Magic (Mall) San Carlos magpapatayo sa (Brgy) Roxas ng another building. Latest news is San Carlos E-Town Center nandiyan ang perspective nakatayo sa Rizal Boulevard. Nasa 16,000 square meters”.
The E-Town Center is owned by the family of Binalonan Mayor Ramon "Mon-Mon" Guico III.
He said there are other investors who shown interest to put shops here.
The mayoralty aspirant said he wants to strengthen the intelligence network of the police where it gives the people here tranquility for several years already.
The present chief of police of this thriving city is Superintendent Noel Vallo.
Resuello wished that his ticket for the ten candidates for the council in the May 9 election all win so they can help him hammer laws for the betterment of the city.
He said that in preparing a budget ordinance for instance a mayor needs the cooperation of the two- third of the 10 council members and the president of the association of village chiefs, an ex-oficio council member, to pass it.
This city has an annual budget of more than six hundred million pesos for this year.
He cited that his administration target to collect P100 million local revenue as part of the town’s P600 million budget.
Resuelo is pitted with Amelia Cayabyab and Wilhelm Soriano for the mayoralty race while his brother Julier, a last term mayor, is competing with Samuel Baniqued and Elma dela Cruz for the vice mayoralty.
