Senator Alan Peter Cayetano barnstorms Pangasinan with a big bang this year by bringing sexy actress Shaina Magdayao that causes wild cheers among thousands of starstruck students at the Pangasinan State University-Bayambang last January 9. Cayetano helicoptered to Bayambang for consultation with PSU brass and students and the distribution of his initial P150,000 seed money for the town’s 500 members’ jeepney organization for his Presyo, Trabaho, Kita (PTK) – an anti -5/6 or usury program. After the Bayambang’s outing Cayetano and company were flown before lunch to neighbouring San Carlos City for gift giving with the indigents at the Virgin Milagros University.
