Cuckold’s Liability After Cutting Penis of Wife’s B.F

By MORTZ C. ORTIGOZA

Recently, a fisherman in Pangasinan cut-off the dick of the paramour (kabit) of his wife after they were caught inflagrante delicto (caught in the act) having sexual intercourse.
Bolinao, Pangasinan Chief of Police Superintendent Marcos Anod said the 40-year-old fisherman had long suspected that his partner had been seeing another man.
The fisherman told his wife that he would go to the high sea to fish. Unknown to the spouse, the former hid at the back of the house until the paramour – a young man – arrived.
When confronted the wife jumped and ran naked while the young man was caught literally with his pants down in his knee that restrained him to run.
He asked the guy whether he chopped his head above or his tiny head below, that shrunk to an inch according to Anod. The paramour chose the latter.

Here's my take to Bombo Bogs Toribio who discussed the liability of the cuckold (tina-taihan ni Mrs. Sa ulo) fisherman.
“Hi Bogs, maabsuelto iyang namutol ng ari ng kalaguyo ng missis niya. kahit nga pinatay niya pa iyong tao DESTIERRO (exile) lang punishment niya ayon sa Section 247 ng Revised Penal Code. Normal lang sa police na mag file ng Mutilation sa suspect, trabaho kasi nila iyon. Bahala na ang Fiscal mag dismiss o iyong Judge mag dismiss sa kaso”

Feeling bored the other day, I asked a friend to accompany me to the office of a local government unit’s official.
The official told me that the mayor earns X million pesos a month from the number game Meridian (successor of Jueteng).
“Maliit iyan kung iipunin niya for 2016 election. Maraming bisyo at babae si mayor,” he said.
I told him the mayor can still steal through S.O.P from the 30% infrastructure projects under his yearly budget.
“Maliit pa rin iyon”.
He told me that the advisers of the mayor are cooking for something big: An X million pesos loan in a bank!
“Diyan 20% or X Pesos Million na si mayor pang –gastos na iyan sa election”.
He said the LGU’s folks did not know that their mayor screws them.
“Pang project daw iyong uutangin, e wala pang approval iyong DENR (Department of Environment & Natural Resources".
Aside from the hundreds of million pesos, the residents are paying for the balance of X million pesos the mayor borrowed in the past in a government bank.
Susmariosep, more yearly amortizations in the banks because of the loans means shortage for school buildings, chairs, medicines in the LGU’s hospital, village roads, social services, and others in the budgeting.

I met Davao Regional Trial Court 's Judge Magnolia Velez when she was then with the Office of the Solicitor General. "Asa ka na maasign karon 'day (where will be your new assignment, sister)," this Ilonggo pen pusher asked Atty. Velez in his off-tune Cebuano when she was lawyering for our beleaguered Pangasinan Police Director S/Supt. Marlou Chan in 2012.
She told me she would be assigned as an RTC Judge in Davao. Sannamagan, I just read the Inquirer that she now handles the case of former Davao del Sur Governor  Douglas Cagas (NOTE:  The present Governor Claude P.Bautista and politician father hailed from Binmaley, Pangasinan as what I told Rep. Pol Bataoil (2nd District, Pangasinan) when I saw years ago the office of Congressman Bautista in Congress) Judge Velez would be the one to issue a warrant of arrest in a non-bailable murder charge against a former governor after the latter was implicated on the killing of a journalist based in Digos City.
High profile case kini Inday Magnolia!

TINULUYAN DIN. I just heard from radio reports that beleaguered Brgy. Poblacion, Mangaldan  Chairman Jojo Quinto and First Council Member Tonette Morillo have been preventively suspended for 60 days by the town Mayor Bona Fe de Vera-Parayno. The suspension order should have been issued by the mayor earlier but because of the ticklish issue on the Temporary Restraining Order filed by the lawyer of the respondents at the Regional Trial Court in Dagupan City the suspension had been held in abeyance for more than 20 days. Without Jojo and Tonette at the helm, the acting chairman now in that village would be Kagawad Naomi Fabia. Hi Mrs. Rose Ramirez-Hulipas, Executive Assistant of Mayor Parayno, if you had already arrived from your R&R in Japan, please sends me the photo copy of the order of suspension served by Chief of Police Supt. Jackie Candelario to the respondents.
